Frequently Asked Questions

Will power washing damage my home, stone, wood, grout, etc...?

That depends. In the hands of an unskilled user, power washing can definitely do some damage. Here at Westlake Power Washing, our professionally trained staff are experts in power washing all surfaces - most of which can be cleaned with a combination of variable water pressure, steam, and mild soap. With knowledge, experience, and specialized equipment, we customize the components needed for every surface, making true high pressure rarely necessary.

That said, we are as invested in protecting your property as you are, because in the end, if we damage it, we will replace it - no questions asked.

Is Westlake Power Washing Insured?

Yes, we are insured to two million dollars.

How far in advance do I need to call?

If you are planning a party, open house, or special occasion, it is best to book us for power washing a month in advance - especially for early spring through summer. Otherwise, with several crews out on the field every day of the week, odds are we will be in your area within a day or two. In most cases, we can start the job in 24 to 72 hours.

Does someone need to be home?

No, we do not need access inside your home. We can reach all upper patios and balconies with ladders.

What do I need to do before you come?

Just make sure that all of your windows and doors are closed tight. We will clear any areas of furniture, plants, pots, etc...  Our goal is make it as hassle-free for you as possible!

(If you have any windows or doors that leak, please let us know so we can use extra caution around them.)
